“Unless the Lord builds a house, its builders labor over it in vain… he gives sleep to the one he loves.”

Psalm 127:1–2

We're so glad you're here. Everything you need for the next few days lives on this page, so keep it close. And if you get lost, look for anyone in a red shirt. We'd love to help.

Workshops

Each afternoon we'll break into smaller rooms for a workshop track. Pick the one that fits where you are right now.

Church Growth & Multiplication Sean McMasters with John Elmer Simple ways to help people connect, grow, and step into leadership.

This track is about leadership development and its roots in Scripture. We'll focus on simple ways to help people connect to your church, grow in their faith, and find their particular calling in the Kingdom.

Together, and in small groups, we'll unpack the Church Flywheel: how a person moves from brand new to becoming a leader in your community. Go and make disciples, not just converts. That's the goal.

Recalibrating Worship Jimmy John Morris Reconnecting with the heart of Vineyard worship, and with each other.

Whether you're new to the Vineyard or have been serving for decades, one of the defining pillars of our movement has been our desire to know and experience God. We believe that happens in a unique and powerful way as we worship together.

Every now and then we need to pause and remember the foundation we're building on. Worship has changed a lot over the past 40 years. As John Wimber often reminded us, let's "keep the main thing the main thing."

We'll revisit the Vineyard values that have shaped our worship: authenticity, accessibility, and intimacy. Expect practical conversation, plenty of laughter, and time to minister to one another. If you have a heart for worship and for serving your church through it, come be encouraged, refreshed, and reminded why we do what we do.

Faithful with Finances Bubba Justice Building financially healthy pastors and churches.

Money is more than a practical issue. It's a discipleship issue. Over two sessions, we'll explore a biblical view of financial stewardship and what it means for pastors and the churches they lead.

We'll talk through pastoral compensation, spending and debt, saving and retirement, generosity, and how to build a healthy culture of stewardship in your church. We'll also cover Social Security and retirement planning specifically for pastors, with plenty of time for your questions.
